@Travis Ewart hi! Sorry for the delay but was battling a shoulder issue so took time off the drills. I do understand what you’re saying but I’m trying to visualize what you mean by stretch my first position? Does that mean get straight vertically before passing through the bar?
@Travis Ewart That makes sense. Funny enough when I was doing T2B in a recent metcon my coach was telling me I was bending my legs/knees too much in the back swing. My question for you is I think I developed this a little from focusing on the awkward butt squeeze drill so how do I work on not doing the ABS or do I not need to do the ABS as much since my legs are long?
