Has anyone had experience with taking HSA/FSA and how to get started with it? Things to know? any resources I could look into? did it help or hurt your business?

I am starting from scratch on my socials after doing a little rebrand and changing the support I offer. Where is everyone getting leads from? Any suggestions? I am a part of a few Facebook groups, but haven't had much response on there. I went and dropped off some business cards to a local midwife clinic and while I was there she said that Knoxville doesn't have a whole lot of postpartum doulas that she knows of. I would love to do some more things to get my name out there before the Bumps and Beyond expo I am a vendor at late July.

Had 3 clients book in the last week with contracts signed and deposits taken, one of which because I reached out to her and took initiative! Excited to get the momentum going :)

Hey y'all! I'm Emilie, a birth and postpartum doula in Des Moines, IA. I love Jesus, rain, iced coffee, and all things cozy. I am a single mama looking to make doula work a full time income! My goal is $10K months and I am SO excited to be here. I'm struggling with visibility as well as mastering my consult, and protecting my time. A fav tip of mine for my birth clients who want to go unmedicated is to bring their favorite ultrasound to the hospital! It's amazing how that lil pic helps them remember why they're doing it and gives that extra push to power through :) What's your fav tip for mamas/new families that you've learned along the way?
