I'm going Live Today at 5PM PST/8PM EST
Going to show you how to build a personal brand from scratch in 2026 with Instagram and YouTube and how I'd grow it to $5,000 to $10,000/month as fast as humanly possible - even if I was a beginner and nobody knew who I was. Wanna attend the live Zoom call? Just DM me the word: "ZOOOOOOOM" for the link. I'll be doing Q&A at the end, too.

I'm adding a 45th P today...
The 44 P's are 44 clarifying questions I ask all of my paying clients. They all start with the letter P. If you make less than $10,000/month right now, I can guarantee you can't answer all 44. You simply do not have the clarity yet. You haven't thought deeply about your business enough yet. Whenever someone starts working with me, we get to work on clarifying all 44 for them. Once they can answer all 44 clearly and concisely, they're making over $10,000/month. Our income will never exceed the level of clarity we have around our P's... If you don't already have a copy of the 44 P's, I suggest you grab one here and try to answer as many as you can: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jQrBDS2yWgzFswspYEGchPO7EepcfVGv6I3Qz6MByN0/edit?usp=drivesdk Today I'm adding a 45th. Can you guess what it will be? 😜

Here’s 3 I didn’t see on the list… Perspective… It speaks for itself. Shift the way you see things and perceive what you never have. Which leads to the next P. Paradigm… What paradigm are you living in? Your perspective can create a paradigm shift by transforming your conception of reality. These are all interrelated. Paradox… Will you free your mind and embrace living with life’s paradoxes, all of these apparent contradictions. For example by making a decision you cut off other choices, yet doing so may paradoxically give you greater freedom and satisfaction. There are infinite examples… Perspective, paradigms, and paradox…
Best 3 Videos to Film for Easy Views on YouTube?
I just recorded a brand new video showing you the 3 best long form videos to film if you want to start or grow on YouTube. I get asked all the time: "What should I make videos about?" and this video covers the best 3 videos to film. Best part? They're super easy to film. Worst part? Everyone is gonna copy you when they see how well they work 😆 But for real: whether you're walking, driving, or chilling at home on the couch, these 3 videos will crush - people will WANT to watch. So if you want the video just send me a DM w the word: "VIDEOS" and I'll send it to you first thing tomorrow morning when I wake up 🙏🏻 it's currently uploading. Just promise me you will film/upload at least 1 of the 3 suggested vids within the next 72 hours! I hate giving people stuff when they don't even use it... 👿 Pinky promise? DM me "VIDEOS" and I'll send it over when it's done uploading.

The 3 Worst Parts About Having a Coaching Business
Every sort of business has it's pros and cons. Here are 3 painful cons that you should be aware of and come to terms with early on if you want to become a successful coach. The 3rd one is my favourite lol 1) Most of your clients won't do what you recommend. As a result, they won't get the results. Is this painful? Yes! Extremely! Can this make you feel like you're not a good coach? Definitely. But this is exactly what makes a recorded success story so satisfying. A recorded success story is video evidence that what you do actually works - so long as someone actually does what you suggest and never gives up! Even if you only have 1 success story, it's proof that what you do works. But if you can collect 12+ good ones, you'll have all the ammo you need to inspire every new client with proof that your pathway works. Pro tip: Write a list of everything all of your most successful clients have in common and then give that list to your customers. Or better yet, get your customers to watch & study all your success stories and have THEM write the list so they can really engrain the lessons themselves. That's what I did with Harrison and a 3 months later he went on to record his own success story. 2) Customers can transform into haters. This one is super painful, but it's the reality of this business. If someone is not getting results, they may ask for a refund. Ouch. Even if you do refund them, they may still be upset they didn't get the results. From there, they can try to ruin your reputation with slander posts, lawsuits, death threats, private DM's to other clients etc.

Look, this is a super important post you shared here @Ted Carr . I could have used knowing this when I first started coaching 10 years ago, but I learned it experientially, and it still stings but now it isn't a surprise when clients turn. Most coaches never talk about this, or share about how even GREAT clients can turn sour, because they are human and stuff happens in their lives, even if it has nothing to do with you. I had a client send me updates and rave about the things she was benefiting from our work together a year after we had already finished a year of coaching. Then one day, I mentioned that I hadn't seen her on instagram posting lately, and that was a trigger for her. Here's why, she was struggling with her weight and exercising, it was one area she didn't want to bring to our conversation as she hired out a coach specifically for that, and she was using her posts as an accountability tool. I didn't know that. Anyways, I received a super nasty email from her, saying all sorts of nonsense, but I could feel she was suffering. Anyways, she said she didn't want to speak. So it was. Now... I have super strong agreements with my clients. I get paid up front. They know their are never refunds, period. I had a series of great emails from her raving about her life, and in some ways she was one of my best client stories, one of my first 10k clients. It ate me up quite a bit. Had me questioning myself. Disappointed me that someone I gave my best too, who I wanted to win in life, turned around and acted in the manner she did. Well... A year after the fact, we emailed once or twice, and she said something along the lines of, "Oh that, I was dealing with my ex and going through some other stuff and..." She didn't apologize, and in fact I could sense here embarrassment at her behavior. I understood it. Still... Anyways, I've conversed with some great coaches, some charging clients 50 to 100 k for annual coaching and they all shared some similar stories, many in fact.

One more thing I want to add for those commenting. The advice you read here is great, but it doesn't mean you won't have these kind of clients. It comes with the territory. If you have a need to be liked by everyone, you will be a very weak coach. You are better off preparing yourself for it and let it be a sign of being exceptional, that sometimes, some of your clients turn into silly butts. Remember we are always dealing with HUMANS... You are one of them and you are certifiably crazy in your own peculiar ways as am I. It's great. If you don't know what I am speaking of reference my reply above. Wishing you abundance and crazy good success as you define it, Emeric Damian
