Hi Tanya! This is GREAT! Thank you for having this Academy. I'm just getting started and I'm assuming if we're really going to start serving the public in a business capacity, we have to get a license so that we're protected legally (you know, in case someone eats our cotton candy, goes into a diabetic coma and sues! 😉) I would LOVE a video taking us through that process...how much it costs, how long it takes to get one, etc. ALSO, I'm jumping on the bandwagon with a request for how to make your own cotton candy sugar flavors (including the boozy ones!), info on how to make organic cotton candy sugar vs. standard and whether you've done (or it's even possible, to do sugar-free options). Thanks again, I'm blown away by your business - you do everything SO RIGHT. No wonder you've been successful!
