New Video: Just shipped an HR onboarding AI Agent using Claude SDK
New video up. HR onboarding agent. Full workflow: โ†’ Reads passports, driver's licenses, offer letters with Claude vision โ†’ Auto-creates HRIS records, IAM accounts, onboarding checklists โ†’ Sends I-9 / W-4 to eSignature, enrolls benefits, orders background checks โ†’ Tracks compliance deadlines (I-9 at hire+3 days, state new-hire reporting at hire+20) โ†’ Flags REVIEW_REQUIRED for HR. Human in the loop, always. But the real lesson isn't in any of that. Background checks come back as "clear," "consider," or "fail." A naive agent auto-rejects on "consider." That's where compliance breaks. EEOC requires individualized human assessment, not algorithmic rejection. The fix wasn't a bigger system prompt. It was ONE line in the tool description: "If result is 'consider,' alert HR for manual review. Never auto-block." Production agents aren't built in the system prompt. They're built in the tool descriptions. Stack: Python ยท Claude Agent SDK (sonnet-4-6 + vision) ยท AgentAPIsHub ยท httpx ยท Pydantic ยท Rich 9 modules ยท 26 tools ยท 1,200 lines. ๐ŸŽฅ Full walkthrough + downloadable source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XcBsPWr1KY Question for builders here. What's one tool description you've written that quietly saved you from a production bug? Drop it below.

Some Claude Code skills that actually changed how I work.
Not a ranking. Just what I keep coming back to: ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฑ-๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป: stops every landing page from looking the same (Inter, purple gradient, grid cards). Forces real design direction before code gets written. ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ณ๐˜†: run it after working code exists. Finds everything unnecessary and returns a cleaner version. I use it as a final pass on almost everything. ๐—ฏ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฟ-๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ฒ: lets Claude control a real browser. Clicks, fills forms, takes screenshots, runs parallel sessions. Useful when there's no clean API. ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ผ๐—ป: real pen tests on your staging environment. Confirmed vulnerabilities only, proof of concept included. No false positives. (systems you own, obviously) ๐˜๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜-๐—ฑ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป-๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜: activates before implementation. Enforces TDD discipline instead of writing random tests after the fact. ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ: Claude plus external services (Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, 100+ more). Handles all OAuth and credential management. Install a bundle, keep what works, remove what doesn't. How skills work: Claude scans installed skills at startup using about 100 tokens each. Full instructions only load when relevant. You can have dozens without blowing through context. The best skill you'll install? One you build yourself. If you keep re-explaining the same workflow across sessions, that's a skill waiting to be made.

Claude is now YOUR computer.
Claude just launched Computer Use. And honestly, it feels a little crazy at first. Step 1: you text Claude from your phone. Step 2: Claude uses your computer. Yes, really. It can work almost like a digital employee. You can ask it to do something right now, or set it up to handle the same task every single day. Thatโ€™s why so many people got excited about this. Millions saw the announcement in just 24 hours. I tested it myself, and itโ€™s one of those tools that instantly makes you think about how work is about to change.
Claude is now YOUR computer.

๐Ÿš€New Video: OpenClaw Explained: Setup, Skills, Dashboard, and Personal Assistant Demo is Finally Here
I just published a video on OpenClaw, a tool that gives a glimpse of that future. This is not just AI that talks. This is AI that can connect with tools, support tasks, and help automate real work. In this video, we cover: โ€ข Setup โ€ข Skills โ€ข Dashboard โ€ข Personal Assistant Demo โ€ข Telegram integration Thatโ€™s powerful. And thatโ€™s exactly why people need to understand both the opportunity and the risk. If youโ€™re trying to understand where AI is going next, this video will give you a clear picture.

I knew nothing about the OpenClaw 20 minutes ago but know I am simply able to automate things with it after watching the tutorial. Great explanation!
