@Aiden Brookstone Yes I can relate! I am very monotropic, however, this comes at the expense of other areas in my life. This completely puts me out of alignment, and while I might feel proud of the area where I've hyperfocused; I then go into the shame cycle as I look around at all I've neglected. I am working on building my resilience and regulating my emotions alongside my abilities to juggle more than one task at a time. I am in a weird limbo at the moment work wise, and so keen to get to the end point yet I realise upon reflection I need to be able to give myself space - and time to get to the right place mentally and in my own environment so I can give my best to work when I do find the right fit for me. So being in alignment, and letting things flow including appreciating the hyper-focus when it is there, but better practising being able to pull away and align with the flow in other areas. One step away from abundance 100% - here is to navigating our way to that stream :)
