It seems the general consensus when speaking to other PMs is they don’t have a formal agreement for referrals but do offer referrals fees, handshake and a one off fee in gift cards.. No one has done the on going commission that I’ve spoken to. Is anyone doing the on going commission? Have any agents wanted that when you did your calls?

When sending through the partnership details to an agent I have used Claude to put this together and it looks good but it does mention a 'referral agreement'. I am wondering if you have any templates or recommendations for this? I believe I will need to engage a lawyer and I can use Claude to tell me what information I will need to provide to have it done.
