Ready is not a feeling
It is strange when I read something that seems so simple, yet I make it so hard. If you make things harder than they need to be out of fear say ME in the comments.

Me. It helps sometimes to get angry at your fear, and just do it. (I’ve only done that 2x in my life.)
🧨 Stop Waiting for the Perfect Time—You’re Already Late
You ever catch yourself saying: “I’ll start Monday.” “Once things settle down…” “I just need to get through this week first…” Let me tell you something—you’re already behind. Not because you’re lazy. Not because you don’t want it. But because the version of you that really wins is being held hostage by comfort, hesitation, and that voice in your head whispering, “Not yet. You’re not ready.” Let me ask you this: 🔹 Was your rent due last week? 🔹 Are groceries getting more expensive this month? 🔹 Did your dreams suddenly take a backseat to someone else’s schedule? No? Then why are you still acting like this is optional? Just start that business you've been wanting to. It rewards imperfect action taken today—not when your life lines up, your dog behaves, or your boss chills out. Because action creates clarity. Clarity leads to momentum. And momentum makes you undeniable. 👊 So if you’ve been hiding this week, come out swinging today. One step forward. That’s all it takes. Comment “🔥” if you’re recommitting to your dreams today.

One step forward. Stepping stones.
Habit Building
Everything starts with a VISION. What do you want for your future self, but more important WHY do you want it? If your WHY doesn't make you cry - it's not strong enough🥲 Your VISION must be clear and specific. And then comes the non-negotiables - the daily actions you commit to, no excuses. Tips I use to build habits and make them stick ✨Start small - commit to taking a small action for just 2 minutes at a time. You will soon find it easier to do. ✨Stack your habits - link a new habit to something you already do. Listen to training when taking your daily walk. ✨Track Progress - use a checklist. When you tick something off you feel accomplished. ✨Block out time daily for your non-negotiables. Have different levels of priority for what you need to do and want to do. 🧨 What habit tips do you have that works? Let us know

Last Book I read - what was yours?
Yesterday I completed the book - Atomic Habits by James Clear, and the one technique I'm going to start implementing is the 2min ⏰️activity rule. Tell yourself that you only need to do that one thing you've been putting off for 2 minutes. Start, and before you know it, you've worked alot longer at it. Or completed it. 🎯 What good book did you read recently? And what is the one lesson or technique you got out of it ? Please share !

Well I read 3 at one time 🤣 “It’s Not Supposed To Be That Way” - Lisa Terkeurst “Boundaries” - Dr. Henry Cloud & John Townsend “The Bait of Satan” - John Bevere Took a break for a bit. Next one: “The Law of Recognition” - Mike Murdock, and finishing “Boundaries” book. I really want to read “Start With Why” - Simon Sinek.

1. “Life’s disappointments are appointments set up by God.” 2. Offence can keep you from your destiny. It can kee you from people who are suppose to take be the ones who take you forward.” I want to learn more about boundaries, and start applying them in my life with myself, and relationships.
Question about Habit Building
Hi, If I may ask where do I start with good habit building? I’ve always made a list of things per day to do, but within two weeks that list making falls away. I tend to overwhelm myself with too much at once. Setting up a list with too many things to do and get to, and I post pone due to not enough hours in a day, or life happens and I just give up because I don't get to it. Or I try to do everything at once. I may also lack a clear picture of where my habits are suppose to take me, such as a vision. Any help on how to get myself managed and progressively working forward, instead of always being all over the place? Not sure if this is a valid question on this community.
