abilty to respond instead of reacting negatively or with high emotions of anger frustration or crying. Knowing and feeling loved for who I am now this stage of life. Continue growing in this comfort and security daily with my Partner, child and collective since I often brush off complaments and love as ingenuine and undeserved.

Nameste and hello my given name is Elizabeth, but I now go by Feona as a spiritual name. I first learned about meditation when I was 15 through kudulini yoga VHS. I’ve built up upon these practices over the years, including vegetarianism at certain points in my life. 2 years ago, I became a vegetarian full-time once again and continued to maintain this.I have traveled to India and now a new mom to a four month old baby girl name Alaia who meditated with me inutero and now as an infant. I found pyramid meditation early on in my pregnancy and utilized it in my birth process. In addition to Anapansati meditation, I enjoy guided visualization and vision boarding as well as physical yoga and tai chi. Vision boards are a huge passion of mine and I reconstruct one every year at this time of year so I’m very happy to be doing this program while I constructing my new one. I’ve chosen to work on my carpal tunnel with the affirmation: I now choose to create a life that is joyous and abundant. I am at ease.
