🚨 Can You Get Hired Without Certs?
A lot of people spend months chasing certifications because they think that's what gets them hired. The problem is that certifications only tell employers what I studied. They don't prove I can actually do the work. I've seen people with multiple certs and no portfolio struggle to get interviews. I've also seen people with a few solid projects, a clean resume, and proof of skill get attention much faster. Certifications can help. But projects, documentation, and proof of execution are what make me believable. If I had to choose between another cert or another strong portfolio project, I'd seriously think about the project first. Comment "HIRED" and I’ll DM you the Cybersecurity Hiring Roadmap.

@Darryl K Thomas yeah you need a portfolio to show you know stuff. I also loss interviews because i wasn’t familiar with servicenow or jira. You can get access to servicenow by saying you are a developer too. i didn’t have success when i only had security+ but i hope you have successes

IT Support Is a Cybersecurity Shortcut
Most people think IT support is “below” cybersecurity. That mindset keeps people stuck unemployed for months. IT support teaches the exact fundamentals most beginners are missing. Active Directory. Networking. Troubleshooting. Permissions. Tickets. Communication under pressure. That’s real-world infrastructure exposure. The hidden advantage is this: Companies trust people who already know how business systems actually work. A lot of cybersecurity beginners skip that foundation and end up with certs but no operational understanding. Starting in IT support can massively speed up your path if you use it correctly. I put together a breakdown of how to turn helpdesk into a cybersecurity launchpad. Comment "SUPPORT" and I’ll DM you The IT Support To Cybersecurity Guide.

🧪 The Simplest Homelab You Can Build 🧪
Most people overcomplicate building a Homelab and never actually start 😬 I did the same thing… I thought I needed multiple machines, expensive gear, and crazy setups 💸 You don’t In real cybersecurity jobs, most of what you’re doing can be simulated on ONE machine if you set it up right 💻 The real value isn’t the setup… it’s what you DO with it 🔥 If you can spin up Linux, simulate a network, and break/fix things, you’re already ahead of most beginners 🚀 That’s exactly how I started understanding real environments I put together the simplest homelab setup you can build today without wasting time or money Comment "SIMPLEST" and I’ll DM you the guide.

🚀 The Fastest Way To Stay Competitive 🚀
Most people are trying to catch up to the industry 😬 But the real advantage comes from getting ahead of it 🧠 That’s where emerging tech changes everything Tools like OpenClaw aren’t just “nice to know”… they’re leverage ⚡ While everyone else is stuck learning the same old paths, a few people are quietly building unfair advantages 📈 They understand where things are going, not just where they’ve been And that’s exactly how they stand out without being the most experienced I’ve seen this shift happen over and over again 🔁 The easiest way to stay competitive isn’t harder work It’s smarter positioning Comment "AHEAD" and I’ll DM you the guide.

AHEAD
This is an example of a real prompt I used today
Comment “PROMPT” and I’ll DM you the output as a PDF You’ll see the difference The output was 35 pages Start learning how to use AI like an adult and you will be rewarded handsomely Here’s the prompt: — # role - Technical recruiter hiring exclusively in AI. - you’re also an investor in an education company that will create the pipeline to candidates that you can hire. # task - Give a list of all technologies and required education and or projects to fill a role - specify based on role # format - bullet points - paragraphs - give complete and gruesome detail, but only after giving an overview of all of the required technologies and education first - ensure to specify in the summary overview at the beginning of your response three categories: essential, extremely desirable, nice to have # info - you’re working with an education company that will prepare candidates to get these jobs. You only have one chance to give a comprehensive list of technologies and projects to achieve that goal. - you need to consider not just what tech technologies are available now that companies want, but what technologies will be available in the future #research - do market research on jobs across America today and consider trends in tech technologies, as well as as new and emerging tech #thinking - recursively consider your responses until your output is comprehensive. Any response less than 90% complete is a failure.
