Hi Elena, In NLP I was told that people have all the resources we need to run our own brains and control results . A Labyrinth might be a valuable resource for deaf people for we identify the issue that concerns us then we walk a labyrinth in silence. Dan Winter describes it as a torus, a way of directing our lived experiences inside to open a portal of the subconscious.
Emotional First Aid 🏥
We all heard about the Emotional Emergency / First Aid Kit and some of us use this term to cover different methods or techniques meant to mend to alleviate acute emotional pain or suffering. I am looking to create a collection of such methods and techniques and would love your input. Please comment with your go-to emotional first aid methods or techniques and share with us. 😁👇

When you are experiencing an emotional storm, a walk in a labyrinth can help reduce the anxiety and bring clarity to an issue because the kinaesthetic effect of the movement in the ordered transitions triggers neurotransmitters in the vestibular labyrinth that can reduce a sympathetic flight or fight response to a calm parasympathetic response in the Vagus nerve. My article 'Ariadne's Thread. The Labyrinth of our body mind" is a swallow dive into the anatomy and physiological "labyrinth effect". The references at the end can take you deeper into the biology. www.aln.org.au/research

Playing with Parts and AI
Hey Everyone, I made a short video with the use of AI about working with Parts. In this video I give a brief intro about working with parts and I mention some of my mentors and teachers but, it is not my voice, it is AI generated, which lead to it misspronouncing a few names. What do you think? Should I continue to create such videos?

AI has not perfected the inflections and energy of the genuine human voice.
Wondering if online therapy really works? 🌐💻
Absolutely! 🙌 Online therapy can be super effective for tackling mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and more. There are several reasons why online therapy can be effective: 🖥️ Accessibility: Online therapy allows individuals to access mental health services from the comfort of their own home, which can be especially beneficial for those with mobility issues, transportation limitations, or living in rural areas with limited access to mental health professionals. 📅 Convenience: Online therapy offers greater flexibility in scheduling appointments, as sessions can often be conducted outside of traditional office hours. This can make it easier for people with busy schedules to fit therapy into their lives. 👨‍💻 Anonymity: Some people may feel more comfortable discussing sensitive or personal issues with a therapist online, as it provides a greater sense of anonymity compared to face-to-face interactions. 🤗 Continuity of care: Online therapy can provide consistent access to therapy even when individuals are traveling or unable to attend in-person appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it's important to note that online therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Some individuals may prefer or require in-person therapy for various reasons, such as the need for nonverbal cues or a preference for face-to-face interaction. Additionally, the effectiveness of online therapy may vary depending on the individual, the type of therapy, and the quality of the platform or therapist providing the services. Of course, it's not one-size-fits-all, but if you're considering therapy, online options could be just the thing! Remember, finding the right therapist and platform matters too. Take care of your mental health—it's worth it! 💖

The benefits of online work are astounding and video contact can reduce the impersonal nature of remote connections but the energy of personal connection will always be an important element of human connection. The www has enabled me to network with my psychosocial tribe across the waters who use labyrinths, but almost all have a local group they walk the paths with.
