Part 3 of How to Receive Healing Sounds Uploaded
I just posted "Part 3" of a four part series on how to best receive sounds in a sound journey (or any therapeutic sound experience). Instruments in the heart zone connect to the fourth and fifth chakras, but you don't need to know what a chakra is or how they work to understand that the melodic instruments can bring you closer into contact with your feelings. Leave some reflections about your own journey with emotion-inducing sounds and instruments such as the strings, melodic voice and flute.

Funny things: 1) I spelled resistance wrong the other day. Watching your session made me realize it was in a moment of expressing something that did not feel right. I wonder if that is connected, and 2) (of all people) I mispronounce my CEOs name. It is not because I want to. It is because I need to better understand the air in my throat. I am hoping this understanding you provided will help. I had no idea it was an issue until he mentioned it... Lucky for me, we have an awesome connection. Could have gone another way. Thanks for sharing good energy and constructive life management resources. Very helpful.
