I’m so happy you’re here. This space was created for one simple idea: sourdough doesn’t have to be intimidating, complicated, or perfect. It’s a practice. You’ll learn, experiment, make some beautiful bread, make some questionable bread, figure out what went sideways, and keep going. I’ll be adding recorded classes, recipes, tutorials, troubleshooting tips, and other bread-y goodness here so you can learn at your own pace and come back whenever you need a refresher.
