Passed!
I received word that I passed on 7/7 with BT/T/AT! Thanks to everyone here for their encouragement! I did the TIA live course in Nov, went through some health issues and major life changes, my application was audited and failed, I appealed the audited and was approved, then studied hard for a month follow AR's 30 day study plan. Used his book, his online course, Udemy, and the PMI Study Hall- which was the icing on the cake. Followed AR's guidance diligently, esp to study for the role and to learn, not just to pass the test. The virtual test was an interesting experience- was nervous I might have a tech or internet issue but it all worked out. Also was nervous because I was getting in the 70s on all my practice tests, but proud to say I was successful! If I can do it, you all can!
Thanks @Nikola Janjic . I was determined to accomplish this, no matter what!
I have failed the exam in my first attempt
Today, I received my exam results and abit disapppointed that I failed. I'm to accept this hard reality, and prepare for what's next.
Chin up @Joseph Samuel , you can do this! A "failure" is only an opportunity to succeed another time. It could happen to anyone- I read that the "passing rate" is under 50% for the first time around, so don't lose heart. You got this!
Any Tip for managing the Time in PMP Exam
Hi everyone I've completed the course and finished one full revision. I feel I'll probably need one final refresh 1–2 days before the exam, which is now 10 days away. The only thing that's concerning me at the moment is completing the exam within the allotted time. For those who have already passed the PMP, do you have any time management strategies or tips for handling the exam efficiently? Thanks in advance!
On that note @Nikola Janjic , when looking at the countdown of time during the test (following @Andrew Ramdayal 's guidance of taking a 5-10 min break at the 155 min mark and 80 min mark), to help gauge if you are on track or not for time mgmt, what would be the approximate question numbers you should be on when you reach those break points?
ITTO Diagram?
Does anyone know if there exists a one page visual/diagram that shows all 49 PM processes, showing process groups and knowledge areas, with unique/most important ITTOs under each process? Or even one that shows all 49 PM processes on one page with all ITTOs under each process? TIA!
Questions about Virtual Test
A few questions as I prep to take the virtual test in a few weeks: 1. Can you brain dump on the virtual test? 2. Is there a place/link to practice the virtual scratchboard? When I tried registering for the test, it wouldn't pull up a calculator or a "pen" for me to write, as described? Thanks!
