Success - always striving to be the woman God wants me to be. Challenging myself and helping others. Being at peace and content. Having the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Being my best self, everyday. Watching my child grow and thrive. Bills paid.

Monday momentum.
How you start this week is going to be the momentum that moves you into the rest! Getting up early and making things happen is important but be kind to yourself. When something doesn’t happen how you want it to remember that you can’t loose if you never quit. GET THERE, SHOW UP. MAKE IT HAPPEN THIS WEEK! 🏋🏾♂️

Monday was a great day! Got to the gym at 430am and took a friend through one of my workouts. Back at it today doing upper body.
