Sunday Prep 🍇🍉🥦
What are you doing to get organised for the week ahead? Hopefully we can all draw some ideas from each other of things that will help us make this week more calm and ordered. ❤️

For me, it's MEAL prep. I am making: - English muffins (beef patty, slice of cheese, egg) - Egg muffins - A couple of weetbix protein yoghurt bowls (obsessed with this atm) - Bulk chicken thigh/breast for lunches - Tray of veggies - Muffins for kids' snacks I find this takes the pressure off cooking everrrrrry single day throughout the week. Of course, I'll still cook a little. My husband and I might do steak or fish a couple nights. BUT I have ALL breakfasts prepped (great for those fast out-the-door mornings), protein for our lunches (which makes throwing it together easy) and a start on dinner (at least something for the kids!). My husband and I are also doing our weekly check in where we look over finances + talk about our schedule for the week (we haven't been super consistent with this lately, but we NEED to because it helps SO much when we are!)

Welcome to The Organised Mum Club! I’m really glad you’re here. This space is for mums with little kids who want life to feel lighter, calmer, and more organised without chasing perfect routines or doing more than they realistically can. I’m a mum of three boys under five, and I’m right in this season with you. HOW THIS SPACE WORKS: This is not an expert-led program! It’s a journey-led community where I’m sharing what I’m trying in real time — and you’re invited to share what’s working for you too. There’s NO pressure to post or keep up. You’re welcome to jump in, read quietly, or share when it feels right. 👉 INTRODUCE YOURSELF BELOW: Share as much or as little as you’d like: - How many kids you have (and ages, if you want) - One thing that feels most overwhelming right now - One thing you’d love to feel more organised around WHAT YOU'LL FIND HERE: Inside the club, we: - Share what we’re working on week to week - Talk honestly about what feels heavy - Try simple, realistic systems together - Support each other without pressure or perfection I also might host things like Weekly Mum Resets and low-pressure co-working / tidy sprints — check the calendar if you’d like to join. Curious to hear your thoughts on these?? A QUICK NOTE: This is not a productivity or “perfect routines” space (that kinda hyper perfection content always leaves me feeling like I'm NOT the mum I want to be rather than motivated and inspired). This IS a place to feel supported, understood, and less alone in this season... to learn from each other... and to hopefully get a little more organised while we do that. 🥰 Thanks for being here!! ❤️

@Aiesha Ramirez hiiiii!! SO lovely to have you here. Oh my goodness. LOVE connecting with a fellow boy mum! :) Wow, you must be in different stages with all of them. Mine are so close in age, so I can't imagine that! But beautiful things at every season, right? YES, SAME. And that's why I created this community. I'm still figuring out the direction we'll go in here. I want to start by connecting with everyone. ❤️ But I think we could create some beautiful (gentle) ways to keep each other accountable... perhaps even some simple challenges to help us get organised for our weeks. Sunday prep is becoming a real thing in my house. I do it MOST Sundays. And the weeks that I don't, gee I notice! Just meal prepped a bunch of english muffins for the week + egg muffins for the kids. Having breaky ready is a lifesaver, I'm finding. I usually do some protein too (chicken + beef) and then a big tray (or two!) of veggies... and a muffin or something for the kids' snacks. And yep, I hear you re business. It's a tricky juggle. I resonate so much. 🥰

I'm spending a few hours MEAL PREPPING for the week ahead. This is my favourite mum hack, at the moment. It means I don't have to cook everything every day. A few hours in the kitchen on the weekend for wayyy less in the week. I need to plan out the menu, but here's what I'm thinking... - English muffins w/beef patty, cheese, egg (I've done this the past two weeks and my huband and I are are LOVING them. Such an easy breaky!) - Egg muffins (great for the kids in the morning) - Some kind of sweet muffin for lunchboxes (last week I did choc-zucchini and my boys loved them) - Roast chicken thighs (maybe Greek style!) - Shredded chicken breast (poached then shredded). I used Nagi's method for this, it's great! - Big tray of roast veggies (we've got a ton in the fridge, so I'll just do a mix using what we have!)

For me, it's the kids' wardrobes. I need to find a better system for sorting my boys' clothes. Sometimes they pull EVERYTHING out of their cupboards... I'm thinking of ditching folding and just having labelled (with pictures) buckets for them and me to chuck their clothes into!
Going first 🤪
I’m starting this community because I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed lately... by the constant tasks that have to be done as a mum (laundry, meal prep, cleaning, driving kids around, play dates... not to mention running a business, and keeping myself sane. 🙈) Right now, the thing taking up the most space in my head is MEALS for my family. It's not that I don't know what to do... it's that no matter how much food I cook (even if I do a 3-hour meal prep sesh), we just seem to eat it all in 3 days and then it's back to square 1. 😂 ...I shouldn't be so surprised in a house when I live in a house with 4 boys, though, should I? Haha. This week, I’m trying to simplify just ONE part of it instead of fixing everything at once. I’ll share what I try (and whether it helps). If you feel like sharing: 👉 What’s the one thing making life feel heavier than it needs to right now? You don't need to have the answers. Just name it and let us know what it is. I'm sure we've ALL been there. 😉
