Story of the World
Does anyone have any thoughts on the Story of the World series? I've seen a few things on it, but haven't done a deep dive yet. I've been reading Volume 3 with my kiddos, and we've been enjoying it. We are about to start Volume 4. Thank you!

Don't Worry... PT1
Fear, worry, anxiety.... It's something that I'm working to eliminate from my life, and maybe you are to? I'm studying Matthew 6 right now, and this chunk of scripture is really convicting. I have more to share on this, but will you join me in meditating on this passage? Which verse sticks out to you? Matthew 6: 25-34 ( AMPC) 25 Therefore, I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink;or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they? 27 And who of you by worrying andbeing anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature orto the span of his life? [Ps. 39:5-7.] 28 And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field andlearn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin. 29 Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these. [I Kings 10:4-7.] 30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive andgreen and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith? 31 Therefore do not worry andbe anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? Or, What are we going to have to drink? Or, what are we going to have to wear? 32 For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for andcrave anddiligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all. 33 But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. 34 So do not worry orbe anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries andanxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.

Feedback Needed!
Hi ladies! I’m working on the next podcast episode and would love your input. The topic is: “How to know if a Charlotte Mason education is right for you.” I’m breaking it down into five key points, and I’d love to hear from you: ✨ What was your biggest “aha” moment when you first learned about the Charlotte Mason method? Was there something you heard that made you think, “Yes—this is what we’ve been looking for!”? Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts!

Finish the School Year Strong Web Class with Melissa McMahan
Happy Monday, Mamas! As the end of the year approaches, it’s easy to feel like you’re limping to the finish line—behind, overwhelmed, and anxious about everything you didn’t get to. In this month's web class, I've invited Melissa McMahan to share on how to reset the tone and finish with purpose. She'll talk about what “finishing strong” actually means for your child’s education and for you, how to protect a calm atmosphere even when you feel frantic, and the hidden factors that make this season feel heavy—plus what to do about them. Be sure to mark your calendar to attend this class! P.S.- if you aren't familiar with Melissa McMahan, here's a little about her: Melissa is about to graduate her fourth of five daughters after educating them with Charlotte Mason principles. She loves encouraging younger moms in the thick of raising their children with practical tips and whatever wisdom she has acquired through her own imperfect experience. She is a podcast guest and conference speaker, and writes for CommonPlace Quarterly. She posts sporadically as CairParavelAcademy on YouTube and Instagram. She lives in North Alabama with her husband, dogs, and whichever children happen to be home.
