So, I have tested fhe voice agent and it works perfectly in English. But unfortunatly it didn’t work in Norwegian. Well, I got it to speak Norwegian, but it wasn’t possible to speak back to it. It seemed like it didn’t hear me but still heard me, weird. I guess it’s because there isn’t a setting to choose Norwegian as the language - it has to go both ways. But we don’t give up just because we run into temporarily challenges, do we? No sir (or mam), we don’t. So I created a Norwegian voice agent in ElevenLabs, gave Buildy instructions to remove the current chat icon, and add ElevenLabs widget code to the footer of the pages. Viola! Problem solved 😀 It now works perfectly, and I can start driving around to the local businesses to sell websites and voice agents. Hurray! I will send the issue to support so they can fix when they have the time, but in the meantime I will just use ElevenLabs for voice agent demos.

I am sorry if i missed this somewhere. I know a couple of us asked about hippa compliance within the system? @Bill Mcintosh we were on a live and you said you would find out. I am curious still about this? I have a couple of health apps and if I do business pages for any medical places, that requires Hippa, how does that get handled? So far, everything stays on the app, but another option would be fantastic. Thank you, I really appreciate any answers you all have!
