clicks Are Coming In, But Sales Arenโt Could It Be Something Subtle?
Hey Everyone ๐ Iโve been running ads for my new product for the past 3 weeks, and Iโm seeing a lot of clicks, but the conversion rate is painfully low less than 5%. Iโve tried everything I can think of: adjusting the price, updating the images, rewriting the description, even experimenting with different keywords. I even ran some split tests on my ad creatives, but nothing seems to significantly improve sales. Iโm starting to wonder if the issue isnโt just the product page itself. Could it be that my audience targeting is off? Or maybe itโs something more subtle, like the way people perceive my brand? Itโs frustrating because I know thereโs traffic coming in, but very few of those visitors are actually buying, and I canโt help but feel like Iโm missing a bigger piece of the puzzle. Iโve also noticed that some of my competitors with similar products seem to convert at much higher rates, even though their listings arenโt drastically different from mine. That makes me thinkmaybe thereโs something about trust signals, social proof, or even fulfillment reliability that Iโm not paying enough attention to. Iโd love to hear from those of you who have faced the same challenge. What did you do to increase conversions when traffic was there but sales werenโt? Are there overlooked factors that most sellers ignore? Any insights or strategies would be massively appreciated. Even if itโs something non-obvious, like shipping reliability, reviews, or brand presentation, I want to know whatโs really making the difference.
