clicks Are Coming In, But Sales Arenโ€™t Could It Be Something Subtle?
Hey Everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹ Iโ€™ve been running ads for my new product for the past 3 weeks, and Iโ€™m seeing a lot of clicks, but the conversion rate is painfully low less than 5%. Iโ€™ve tried everything I can think of: adjusting the price, updating the images, rewriting the description, even experimenting with different keywords. I even ran some split tests on my ad creatives, but nothing seems to significantly improve sales. Iโ€™m starting to wonder if the issue isnโ€™t just the product page itself. Could it be that my audience targeting is off? Or maybe itโ€™s something more subtle, like the way people perceive my brand? Itโ€™s frustrating because I know thereโ€™s traffic coming in, but very few of those visitors are actually buying, and I canโ€™t help but feel like Iโ€™m missing a bigger piece of the puzzle. Iโ€™ve also noticed that some of my competitors with similar products seem to convert at much higher rates, even though their listings arenโ€™t drastically different from mine. That makes me thinkmaybe thereโ€™s something about trust signals, social proof, or even fulfillment reliability that Iโ€™m not paying enough attention to. Iโ€™d love to hear from those of you who have faced the same challenge. What did you do to increase conversions when traffic was there but sales werenโ€™t? Are there overlooked factors that most sellers ignore? Any insights or strategies would be massively appreciated. Even if itโ€™s something non-obvious, like shipping reliability, reviews, or brand presentation, I want to know whatโ€™s really making the difference.

@Katherine Grave Honestly, it could be a mix of product page issues and the audience targeting, but hereโ€™s the thingโ€ฆ sometimes people focus too much on ads and forget the bigger problem: brand trust. Even if your ad traffic is solid, if your store or listing doesnโ€™t feel legit, people wonโ€™t buy. Most people ignore this until itโ€™s too late.
