Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together. Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

Welcome @Kelly Chadbourne . See you tonight in the cohort (in Holland it is night ;)
I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂

@Emile Verkerk fortunately you live in Bali now ☀️💦🤩
This is your entry point into a hyper-learning environment primed for maximum growth and transformation. You’ll find the tools, the techniques, and more than enough motivation to use breathwork to heal every part of your body and your life. The only thing I can’t do for you is breathe. What I can do is tell you to do this: - Do the 5 Day Breathwork Challenge - Sign up for a minimum of 1 deep dive Transformational Breathwork Journey/month - Do the Morning Breath Activation practice EVERY DAY - Hold each other accountable to show up as your best selves - Support, motivate and inspire each other If we do the practices, if we commit to the shifts, if we build a strong community then we cannot fail to create a better world for ourselves and each other. Let’s get it! Brian

Hi, some time ago I made myself familiar with lucid dreaming which is a hell of experience 🤩 Though l‘m able to get into this state frequently, I have longer phases in which I does not work out at all. Now that I have introduced Breathwork into my life realizing that it gets you in a meditative state quite easily, I ask myself whether someone can recommend a special Breathwork technique for easy entry into lucid state? Thank you!

Hi all, just curious what morning routine you all have. I do the breathwork when i wake up in bed and do some journaling after. But i think of trying to get up first and do the breathwork then.

@Mona Bitar i am just wondering.. what time is bedtime when you get up this early? For me it is 23:00 hours/ 11pm. Get up around 06:30 hours. I shower first - get dressed - drink my water - feed my dog - do my morning breathwork (MB30 as for now). 07:45 hours my dog and I walk together to work. Gymtime 2 or 3 times a week after work. 1 or 2 times every week to the Spa for sauna, swimming and singing bowl meditation. I need this. This is my way to relax and selfcare.

#Dec 5, 2022 Kundalini Awakening Journey with Reece At last I've done the journey this morning. Although I finished it three hours ago I still feel hypnotized:0 I'm trying to get myself together. My body is still shaking, my movement it weird and I'm making an effort to catch a thought. I feel my head is totally empty. During the journey I felt many weird sensations. I had tetany in my mouth, hands and feet. I also felt my butt glued to the bed. My whole body was numbed. On the second round I was able to breath in my chest easier and deeper. Did the 2 screams and no one freaked out:)) I was worried that my dog would get scared about me. But it went peacefully:) Can't thank you enough Reece. This journey is so powerful. I'm sure its effect will continue with me for a while. Looking forward to doing your latest journey soon. And definitely will feed you back. Thank you<3

Ow I recognize what you experienced. I did the journey this evening and first of all the playlist is amazing! And although i found it hard to scream after a retention breathold I saw so many stars like little explosions of energy. I felt lot of energy stuck in my heart chakra and sacral and root area which I recognized and hoped for a release because there is a disbalance in these areas of my body. My left leg was in tetany and my left eyelid was twitching. Mouth also was stuck in one position. Weird but great release. Loved the funny ending with the song: i can see clearly now the Rain is gone 💃💃
Before I get into the topic of my video, I want to shout out @Yara Randa for inspiring me to talk about this topic. This video will cover self-resistance isometrics and how it can help readjust and invigorate the nervous system so that you can dissipate stress, anxiety, lethargy, and any other non-beneficial state you might be experiencing. While the basis of the technique places emphasis on muscle contraction, this particular approach places heavy emphasis careful implementation of conscious breathwork. Self-resistance isometrics involve using one's own body to generate maximum muscle tension over 1 or several different muscle groups. The most sought after result is massive improvement to one's physical strength. However, the process allows for a number of supplemental benefits to arise. First, to perform this type of technique you have to concentrate intensely on the activity you perform. In addition, these type of contractions generate and facilitate massive amounts of nervous system energy during to exercise. As a result, this technique creates a number of changes in the practitioner. First, it strengths the mind-body connection and helps enhance concentration, focus, and control over normatively autonomic bodily systems. Second, it strengthens, activates, and energizes the nervous system. Because of the effect on nervous system energy, self-resistance isometrics can redirect energy away from physiological processes that foster non-beneficial states of being. In addition, this energy transmutes the nervous energy from fostering undesirable or detrimental emotional and mental states into power to enhance your well-being. In the video below, I'm going to outline the exact method for implementing this technique and how the breath plays a role in the effectiveness of the technique. This video was uploaded to YouTube instead of directly to this platform because the video size was above the the 100 MB limit 😆😆😆

This is great! Thank you for sharing this. I will try this before I go to bed. I always have lot of tension in my shoulders, neck and in the jaw. 🙏💫
I had a client with chronic arthritis (20 years +). When asked when it started she said after her abortion. The feeling of guilt was eating her alive causing pain in the surface. After our session, she said the baby came out from her uterus, kissed her on the forehead and said “i Forgive you”. Since that moment, she never felt guilt and her chronic pain went away.

Loved your journey and the energy and power you spread 💫✨️🩷
I just finished this great book by Patrick McKeown that is recommended reading in the Breath Masters certification. I learned so much about increasing bolt scores, how to help clients that have respiratory issues and simulating high altitude training at low altitudes. And now I'm obsessed with breathe light to breathe right which is one of the exercises in the book. I already increased my bolt score significantly in 10 days (although it was descent to start with thanks to my freesiving practice). If you haven't read yet, I highly recommend. Also, if you're in the US and have a library card, you cna get access to all kinds of digital and audio books. I do a ton of reading this way. It helps to be a member of a major library system as they'll have more books so if you have access to a major market like LA, NY, SF, Boston or DC, that will really help.

@Derek Udy yes it works and I think as for myself I would love more XS journeys . Especially for the morning. It is exciting and easier to start with than for example one of the breathing morning techniques from the MB30
Soooooooo I finished MB30 a handful of days ago. And my desire or inspiration to DO any breathwork is slowing down to a simmer. I'm discovering just how great I do at things when someone is leading me every step of the way or when there are rewards on a platform like this to reach a certain level to unlock certain things. And how I then get stuck in a loop of - - wanting to create that inspiration for myself and waiting for it to come. But it's not coming. How to create the game within my own life without the structure that someone else created? As I type I realize I haven't yet set the intention and therefore haven't taken control of the creation of it. But where does the balance lie in divine inspiration and following the path by letting go of control. . . and also creating shifts and leading with intention? Part of me wants to see if breathwork is really as amazing as I know it to be. A test to see if breathwork will stand up to. Thanks self sabotage for showing me the ways in which I do not lead myself into what I want to create. I am grateful for this community to be able to share and be re-inspired by others posts on how powerful this work is. And. . . How do you do your daily practice when Brian isn't leading you through it? I'd love to hear all the variations that have been created in your reality as I find my own way.

Enoch I started following you on YouTube. Learn a lot from your video's. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Ps i do the breathing practice from your other video. I call it the snake because of the ssshhh on the exhale. Love this breathwork and for relaxation of the muscles. I used it with one of my clients yesterday 🙏💫💜
Have you been experimenting a lot with the duration of the journeys? The last one I did was almost 2 hours. I am wondering if the result depends on the length/ duration & line-up intensity.( as well) And also if this would be achievable for a person doing breathwork for the first time…. And next question: Do you guys have suggestions for the headphones/ silent disco and probably some kind of dj audiomixer panel??? Would like to make an order to fix that

Hi-I am new here and I'm going to go out of my comfort zone here and say that I am really challenged by the social media aspect of the Breath Masters Academy. I am in the current certification cohort and I am over 60 (closer to 70!). I made a conscious decision to back off social media several years ago because I found it to be too much of a time suck for the value I was getting out of it. I do have my FB account and Instagram, mostly to follow my son. I am grateful for Instagram for connecting me to Brian and BreathMasters. In general, I am not a screen gal-I don't have a TV, rarely watch a movie and use a computer primarily for work, online classes/zoom and occasional YouTube videos. I'd much rather be experiencing life in-person. In fact, my work and passion is live event production. If any of you out there can relate and have any insights, thoughts or ideas on how to navigate this challenge and still get the most out of the Breath Masters Academy, I will be grateful.

🚨 Join me next Tuesday December 6th on a deep Transformational Breathwork Journey of connecting with & nurturing your inner child! 📣 I’ve tried to find a time that is inclusive of the majority of time zones and truly hope you can be there! Times: 3pm Jordan, 8pm Bali, +3GMT, 7am EST, 6am CST Allow me to start off by expressing how deeply grateful and excited I am to have this opportunity to guide you through this journey 🤍 We will start off with remembering ourselves as a child to create the initial connection within our memory of our inner child. Our inner child or inner children are aspects of ourselves that often hold the purity and innocence of us before we were bombarded with all the programming and the experiences we have had as we journeyed through our life and learned to wear all our different masks. It is the parts of us that hold the playfulness, nurturing, creativity and unconditional love and compassion within us. This journey is a chance to re-connect with this part or parts of ourselves. In this journey we will be connecting with our inner child in a 5 part process intricately architected to take you through 5 stages throughout the journey while supported and guided along with a very carefully chosen playlist. Through this journey I will be guiding you and holding you within a safe and sacred space as you travel through your timeline. 1. Connecting with the wounded child 🤍💫 2. Returning to innocence 👼 3. Returning to the moment of your birth 👨🏽🍼🤱🏽 4. Bringing your inner child with you into the present moment and finally releasing trapped energy through a scream ⚡️ 5. Finding joy and inner peace with yourself reconnected with your inner child and anchoring in the experience with affirmations.🌈 To join this journey use the zoom link below 👇🏻 https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81011864412

Hi everyone, I discovered that I forgot to introduce myself on this platform. I did that on the Facebook group:) My name is Hala Galal from Cairo, Egypt. I do coaching, Reiki healing and I own and manage a wellness center. I love knitting. I cook delicious vegan alkaline food because I believe returning to nature is the key to good health. I’ve been studying about health, wellness and psychology since 2011. Read so many self help and spirituality books. Got certified as NLP Practitioner, Coach, Enneagram Practitioner, and Reiki Master. Plus so many courses and workshops here and there. For me healing doesn’t necessarily need all these sophisticated techniques out there. So I decided to keep it simple! I enjoy being here and feel safe to open up with you all🙏🏻

So happy and proud of myself right now (I am learning to speak positively about myself, I'm not a narcissist 😜) I guided a journey last night that was unexpected and pretty last minute. I got GREAT feedback and 2 of the participants want to work with me once I am certified! My first paying clients! I couldn't be more pleased as finances are a struggle at the moment, but I feel a shift in myself and the energy I am putting out there and I can feel 2023 is going to be my year - OUR YEAR BM Family 🔥🎇😁✨ Can not thank you enough for all the love and support you guys have shown and to @Brian Kelly who continues to blow me away with his generosity, kindness, authenticity and knowledge! Keep doing what you're doing Brian, and for anyone who is struggling at the moment - YOU GOT THIS! B.E.L.I.E.V.E IT!!!!!

This amazing book by Dr Gabor Maté goes hand in hand with breathwork. It talks a lot about what we deem as ‘normal’ in our culture is neither healthy nor natural and is actually responsible for a lot of illness in both mind and body. Dr Maté also discusses the following: • How to differentiate trauma from a stressful experience • The impacts of trauma on mental and physical health and how normalised trauma is in our culture • Why the medical system ignores the mind-body connection • The cost of repressing your emotions and people-pleasing • How to heal in the toxicity of modern culture https://www.audible.com.au/pd?asin=B09MJC9FBK&source_code=ASSORAP0511160006&share_location=player_overflow

Hello gorgeous! I'm so happy to be in this community. I'm here to learn, to grow, and to enjoy. Breathwork is not new to me. It has been a practice that helped me enormously in my professional and specifically in my personal life. I'm an actress and since my very early training in acting and singing the breathing techniques were essential. I enjoyed them a lot. So much so that they became a routine for me. Little that I know that these same practices may help my sanity, my health, and my energy through some really challenging times in my life. When I was going through my divorce, staying in long court hearings for years, dealing with custody, and at the same time taking care of my three kids, sometimes I was wondering if we would have food on the table and roof above. There were times that stress could have crash me. And all I did was breathing, using breathing techniques to calm myself so that I can go out of that court and be fully present for my kids. I kept on smiling. And I kept myself healthy. I believe I owed this all to using that breathing techniques. Not only that. But also now, years later, I feel, I sound, and I look much younger than my age. I believe I owe that to the breathing as well. I'm Bulgarian and an immigrant in Canada. When I came to Canada 32 years ago I was already a professional actress in Bulgaria. I had no relatives in Canada, and I knew noone here in Canada. I made a very difficult decision, to leave my acting career and to work something that may be done while I'm at home talking care of my children and helping my ex-husband to build a business. I became a financial planner, and a very good one. Acting was still on my mind and in my heart , but postponed. After going from rags to riches, through a malicious divorce, and from riches to rags again, I felt so enriched with all my life experiences. I decided somehow to share my knowledge. I created Acting classes for Joy for adults, sharing acting techniques that help in overcoming stress. In those classes I shared a lot about breathing.
