@Josh Fraser Hmm, I think for me personally, thereโ€™s a distinct LACK of financial consistency with the service I provide in Digital Marketingโ€ฆ Basically I'm a self-employed video editor/content creator full-time for the past 2+ years. My main source of income comes from the "TikTok Creative Challenge", which basically is a program where TikTok partners with mobile applications from the IOS store or the Play store and then they launch a "Challenge" where content creators like myself get to make In-Feed ads for those mobile apps completely separate from my channel... pays pretty well too, as Iโ€™ve brought in about $175k over the past 2 yearsโ€ฆ HOWEVER, the main problem is it's suuuuuper unsteady income! It's like a roller coaster where one month I am making $13k and then the next month I'm at like $4k or even 3k... which isn't bad! But it's a nightmare for lifestyle and taxes lol Every time I find myself implementing proper schedules or focusing more on my health and fitness or even my relationship, BOOM, the money falls and I find myself in another 2-3 month stretch of doing nothing but work non-stopโ€ฆ and honestly Iโ€™m exhausted brother! Which is why the Skool Games have been such a blessing for me for the past month, as I've been able to punch my online networking fear in the FACE and reach out to couple of business owners about scaling their video ads or organic content with my video editing service... and I already have a business owner super interested in partnering up! I guess my main financial goal right now, it so land a monthly retainer or two so I can stop dealing with the "middle man" on TikTok and just work directly with awesome business owners who need more video editing ๐Ÿ˜… CONSISTENT monthly income is my main financial goal right now, does that kind of make sense? I know it's a pretty long reply...

@Josh Fraser Honestly man, at this point in my video editing career, I have between 3,500 - 4,000 hours of experience, 100 million+ views and 1,500+ videos under my belt and Iโ€™m confident I can create just about any video for any client, in any nicheโ€ฆ The ideal client right now is a client looking for an experienced editor, with the budget to sustain a monthly retainer of around $3k/mo - $4k/mo to cover my minimum cost of living expenses... Mobile applications weren't part of a vision or anything special, it was just the first real paying opportunity I had, so instead of being picky and letting it pass by, I decided to just go all in. However, now Iโ€™m stuck living the same 3-4 month cycle over and over againโ€ฆ so I'm doing everything in my power to break that cycle. Iโ€™ve even made an Upwork profile, spent like 200 connects applying to different postings, but no luck yet, it seems incredibly tough to land a client when my account has no reviews. So similar to how it all began, Iโ€™m just searching for my next opportunity to use my video editing/digital marketing/content creation skillset to help business owners who may not have those skills or the time to use them in the meantime, while I build my Skool Stories community up to hopefully create a sustainable MRR in the future.
