Hi, my name is Elias Camhi from Houston, TX. I have been in Real Estate for over 23 years, but before that I was a software developer for large companies. This combination of careers have been both a benefit and a deterrent at the same time. Because of my technology background, I have been very adverse to posting and making my self/life so public in Social Media and now AI. Honestly… a lot of people know AI matters, but they’re stuck in two extremes. On one side, there’s hype. “Make a million dollars overnight.” “Replace your whole team.” “Push one button and become a genius.” On the other side, there’s fear. “I’m too late.” “I’m not techy enough.” “I’ll never catch up.” And somewhere in the middle are good people… smart people… hardworking people… who just want to know what’s real, what’s useful, and where to actually begin. If that’s you, I want to remind you of something: You do not need to master every tool. You do not need to chase every trend. You do not need to become someone else to win in this season. You need clarity. You need guidance. You need a trusted filter. The people who thrive in the AI era won’t be the ones who know every app. They’ll be the ones who learn how to think, adapt, and use the right tools in the right way.
