Another HUMPDAY!! โ˜ฏ๏ธ Where am I feeling "stuck" or frustrated? Thatโ€™s usually where the script is trying to push back. Breathe through it and find a workaround. โ˜ฏ๏ธ Reach out to one person or respond to one comment that truly resonates. Quality over quantity. โ˜ฏ๏ธ What do I need to clear out of my physical space or my digital space to keep the energy flowing? Tip: Give yourself permission to move and regulate before you reach a meltdown point. Stop waiting for your body to start screaming before you decide to listen to it. By the time youโ€™re on the verge of a meltdown, the "mask" has already drained your battery, so you have to start moving and regulating while you still have the energy to steer the ship.

Iโ€™m feeling stuck in my own head if that makes any sense. Today and yesterday Iโ€™ve been impatient and annoyed more easily with my daughter. :( For clearing out, files that are taking up too much space digitally and duplicate copies of things.

I am feeling very motivated but it's bordering on the side of overwhelm. My main goal for the week is to finish setting up the skool course for Joyful Family Cooking. Today I am grateful my daughter work up in cheery mood and was a delight to get out the door for school.

We are almost to Friday!! Final stretch!! What was ur biggest set back so far this week?? ๐Ÿ’›Tip: Write It Down (Somewhere You Can See It) Don't trust your brain to remember "important" thingsโ€”it's got too much else going on. Use sticky notes or put your keys right on top of your shoes so you literally can't miss them.
