✅ REQUIRED ASSIGNMENT: 30–60 Second Training Video (NO CUTS)
Submit a 30–60 second continuous video of you actively training one command with your dog. DUE DATE December 28th. This video must be one uncut clip. No edits, no trims, no cuts, no jump cuts. Real training only. 🎥 Video Requirements (Read Carefully) Your submission must: - Be 30 seconds to 1 minute - Be one continuous, unedited clip - Clearly show you and your dog in frame - Capture real reps of the command (successes and mistakes) 🐾 Choose ONE Command - Place - Down - Sit - Come - Stay - Heel - Leave It - Break(Or another command you are currently working on) You may submit: - A command you’re struggling with, or - A command your dog is doing well with Both are required for growth. 📝 In Your Post, Include: 1. Command trained 2. Struggle or strength 3. One thing that improved 4. One thing you’re focusing on next 🎯 Why NO CUTS Matters - Shows true timing and handling - Reveals clarity, consistency, and pressure - Builds accountability and honest feedback - Documents real progress, not highlights If you wouldn’t train it live, don’t post it. Progress made, it seems that every meal he gets more and more patient and calmed. I’m also working in touch in him while he eats to keep him used to contact and not fighting for his food. (Please excuse the background soundtrack, surround system is really loud apparently)

@Tristan Gibson oh I never thought in doing that. Thx!
Exposure (socialization) videos are coming to the Basic, intermediate, and behavioral modification programs
@Tyler Miler and @Chyann Carcione had an exposure session with me today with their Boerboel x Cane Corso, Dahlia today. New things are scary to puppies and sometimes it takes a few reps to get used to new things. The reason I say exposure instead of socialization is because so many people (myself included in the past) believe that dogs need to meet every person and every dog under the son to be properly socialized. This couldn’t be further from the truth and often causes dogs to become reactive because they, up until they couldn’t, met numbers of dogs and people. Exposure is simply teaching the dog that, “Yes there are dogs and people here, no we don’t need to meet them all.”

How can we start working on meeting new ppl ? So often now when we walk him around the block we get the neighbors and kids losing it over him (not many English bulldogs here) and he loves the attention same when visitors come home. I don’t want to be the uptight neighbor with his fancy puppy but I want to keep him focused. Also am I wrong for thinking that way?

Thank you... Eli here, we We've always wanted to have an English Bulldog and after much consideration and patiences we finally have a Bully at home (3mo at 17.6 lbs / 7.8 kg), his name is KYLO We're currently working in basic commands and stripping him from mouthing and nipping on hands and or shoes. We reintroduced the "house line" yesterday and will plan on keeping it on him for the next 2-3 months.
