Update from my call with @David Iya today! I wanted to wait to share in my earlier post until I implemented it. I've heard from multiple coaches in the past year to have a separate paid community. I resisted at every single turn...I would NOT budge. I wanted it to be free. I wanted to wait for tiers... Today, on my call with @David Iya I realized all my offers were literally HIDING inside my classroom and with freemium, you have to literally hand walk them to the plans page. 😬 Something about the way @David Iya shared it with me today though...it hit different... It landed differently than when many before had suggested it to me...and maybe it was also just the right timing for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Probably a bit of both tbh! But I did it. I launched my HT community - thank you @David Iya ! My old coach would be proud too. I should message him now. :)

Outside of BBC, I run 5 other companies. Some automated, some not. This week was nonstop. Family, customers, meetings, building and scaling. You'll never hear me say I'm busy, or exhausted, or burnt out, because truly I love the thrill of it all. I've also found that I always come back here. And honestly, it's not even close. The conversations in this room are different. The energy is different. Helping people land clients, scale their skools, and launch products from Pandora's Box has been a joy I haven't felt in years. This room is rare. Business Builders Evolution has sparked an excitement in me I haven't felt in a long time. There's so many incredible and passionate people with world changing missions in this room and I'm just honored to be around it all. Most communities don't have this. I've been in enough to know. This weekend I'm catching up on every thread and DM. If you haven't dropped your community in the Hot Seat post yet, go do that. I'll get to it soon. A 1:1 meeting with @David Iya Sharing this makes me a bit nervous because once people truly understand who this man is (his expertise, his character, his heart for community), he's going to be even busier than he already is. He might need to clone himself. During our call, I witnessed something extraordinary. As one of my first official Skool meetings, I got to see him hit page 1 in real time. He was scrolling, saw it happen, and we both froze. The man may have teared up. I definitely did. His first words? "I can't wait to show my wife." That moment showed me exactly who David is as a person. I'm certain this wasn't his first major win and won't be his last. Working with him, I know it won't be my last either. Onwards and upwards, @DavidIya I'm supper happy what you achieved today.

I'm gonna be super honest... I am very hesitant on booking "free" calls with anyone. Even if I really love what they're offering. Why? B/c I've been on so many and for the amount of value I get...I don't have the energy to say no to an offer of being upsold...truth be told. I can be weak. But for some reason. @David Iya's vibe in the community and invite to book a call did not give off the sense that I would need to do that. I booked it for the next day and I want to share with you that the call was personal, inspiring, eye-opening and extremely valuable for the time spent chatting. For anyone looking to grow their Skool community...it will undoubtedly provide another step in the right direction of growth for you! I'll tell ya this! What sets @David Iya apart from a lot of other community owners is his humbleness, true desire to make a change and impact...and coming from a very authentic heart centered place. I honestly didn't know what I was gonna get out of the call and what I got out of it was more than I could have expected. So much value and clarity. Thank you @David Iya for pouring your heart and soul into your work. It shows! 💖 Here's to you getting into better wifi zone soon! 🤣
