For Community Builders & Admins: Where is your focus? - Are you modeling the behavior you want to see? - Are you reinforcing the values consistently? - Are you addressing behavior that contradicts your stated culture? Because what you tolerate… becomes culture. For Community Members: Culture isn’t something “they” create. It’s something we co-create. All of us. Together. Every comment. Every reaction. Every DM.
