My total 90 day reset: content + AI + mindset - who's in?
So I want to share some thoughts about how I will be approaching my content and value creation for the next 90 days as an experiment, why am I doing it and what's my hypothesis. TLDR: I am resetting my content strategy and if you want to join me for the next 90 day, vote below and if we have enough people we can do it together starting May 1! Where is it coming from: - I found myself in the OVER optimizing loop with AI when it comes to content lately and I don't like how it feels. Once I get an idea, instead of just raw posting it, I run it though claude and finetune it and then record, which is OK but my energy is off by then. I could literally just taken out my camera and recorded in 2 min. - I just watched this interview with Alex Hormozi (min: 6-21) where in the very beginning he talks about how "social" media has become "interest" media, meaning that views and metrics do not matter, but what matters is creating specific and valuable content for your ideal customers/audience and they should want to "save" your content because it's so valuable. Example: my lowest viewed videos brought in most members into this community and into my newsletter and Alex shares a similar example. Which really made me understand that I am optimizing for the wrong things and the time spent editing, tweaking etc could have been rather spent on creating more valuable content. These are the things I'm leaning into for the next 90 days: - Time-to-Value - I am optimizing for sharing my ideas, knowledge; and showing value (literally recording my screen how I do things with AI and making mini-series of it) vs getting stuck and editing, overthinking metrics and over engineering scripts. - After 90 days I will evaluate and then I can spend some time optimizing for what performs best etc. - I intent to spend absolute minimum time on social media, max 15 min for research + 15 min pockets a day to reply to comments, questions etc. - I will continue repurpose my own long-form content into carousels with Claude, non-cringe linkedin posts so I can up the quantity of the content I produce without compromising the quality. - Instead of spreading myself thin for the next 90 days I will only focus on Youtube, IG and Linkedin. - I will post every single day on IG (batch), twice a week on YouTube and once a week on Linked in. - I will simplify all my content Claude skills to more lean into my voice and less on "frameworks" because most frameworks that are out there are created for "social" media, not "interest" media so they are optimizing for wrong things.

Hey
I'm Vivian a webdesigner turned AI Consultant this year. I have used ChatGPT since it came out but are currently moving to Claude and setting up Claude - Cowork is where I use most of my time. At the same time I'm trying to set up my business and returning on social media😊

Hi @Vivian Bille! Welcome onboard, so good to have you here! '💕
How I used Dispatch to save me 2 hours (while I took a walk)
An example from today: - Every Friday I write and send out a newsletter - I went for a walk after lunch and started thinking what I wanted to write about - I had an idea, opened Dispatch on my phone, recorded an 8 min voice note and asked Claude to draft my newsletter - Claude activated 3 skills (that I previously created) related to my newsletter workflow - Claude asked me 3 follow-up questions - I answered while still walking in the woods - Claude went ahead to create a draft in Claude Cowork (on my computer) and I could see it on my phone and give feedback/directions - I came home from my walk to a first draft (all based on my thoughts) that I could continue with some minor things - *If I wanted to just send it out without doing any edits I could have connected Beehiiv's MCP and send it right there. From. My. Walk. I am not saying my workflow is super optimized and I am sure it can be done differently, faster with Claude etc, but it is not the point for me. For me the most important things is that AI can support my process (and that I enjoy the process!!) and my thinking instead of replacing it. Have you used Dispatch already?? For which tasks? Let me know in the comments!

Need Prompt and workflow for my requirement
I am planning to send newsletter every week on Sunday to my students learning IT audit. I want to start giving them a day to day example and map it to IT audit and explain them why audit is important and at the end explain them lessons learned from this incident. This is purely into IT side. Now, I have the follow requirement: 1. How do I prepare a Prompt for this? 2. Need a nice template 3. Prepare relevant Newsletter on the Topic Every week 4. Need to schedule that automatically to reach their email. How do I proceed on this Using Claude?

Hi @Rakesh Ram So this is how I'd approach it: 1. Start a new task in Claude Cowork. Tell Claude what you want to create a newsletter writing skill. Example "I want to create a weekly newsletter for my IT audit students. Each week it should cover a real incident, explain what went wrong, highlight lessons learned, and give practical examples. Please create a Skill for this task". Then Claude will ask you some questions and after this you can review the skill, finetune it and when you are happy with it - save. Next time you want to write a newsletter, Claude already knows what to do. You can also update the skill later if you want to change anything. 2. Set up a Scheduled task for research. Tell Claude to scan news sources every week and prepare a research brief for you on this topic (give more context on what you want to be covered). You can give examples, include links to websites, blogs, or news feeds you want it to read or just explain in detail what should it research in relation to this topic. Scheduled it to weekly. Once the research is ready, ask Claude in the same chat: "Now create this week's newsletter based on that research." It will activate the newsletter writing skill and give you the draft. A few notes: - You can set this up differently depending on your situation. Maybe you already have your own content you want to include. I always recommend you edit the draft yourself, add your own thoughts, your own examples, your own personality. Don't just send what Claude writes, but use it as a first draft that will help you integrate your own knowledge and ideas. - Regarding the template and sending it out - it depends which email marketing tool are you using? I use Beehiiv for example. Most email tools have nice templates you can pick from, and you can schedule your emails to send automatically every Sunday right from there or you can check if that specific tool has a connector in Claude Cowork and connect it that way.
