Falling
I’ve watched the videos on how to fall or how not to fall , but how can we avoid using our hands when landing ? I know sometimes it’s our first instinct and inevitable, but I really don’t want to end up hurt or with an injury 😔

@Lisa Ray I took a hard fall about 3 weeks ago and my entire side hurt for like a week 😮💨. It hurts more as we get older lol

Trucks

Transitioning from forwards to back
I have focused on transitioning from forwards to backwards and backwards to forwards. I’ve watched the videos over and over am I the only one?
