I have many acquaintances but few friends. One of them is my classmate we fought only once in our 30 year friendship. And one of our achievement is that we made up because a fight can't ruin something that has lasted for so long.

Today I had a great time with my family, this is my goal...to live today's day and be aware of it. As sad as it sounds but Tomorrow is something that not all of us will have. So enjoying what you have is my daily goal.

So you can treat your problems with the same tools.
