Hi everybody! So how's everyone going with Classes?..... Some of you come regulate which is great and other ones are radio silent is this because you're just not commenting or are you not actually completing the classes? Come on now, fess up what's going on?!?!? I've just put two more sessions up when it is a body weight abdominal focus class Another one, a coordination focusing on full body rotations hip extensions and complex core! They're actually really good to bolt onto each other. Or if short of time can be done independently both for 20 minutes long. Please give me an indication below whether you're doing classes or not - it's hard for me to gauge if people aren't commenting. I know Sarah asked for a lymph drainage session which I will put on later on this week. Any other suggestions or request? Let me know. But really, I need to know all these Online Classes is working trying to grow it obviously, and the more people involved the better.
