I created a channel only a few months ago. I stopped first week of November and... October 2025: 8,979 views (normal performance) November 2025: 168 views (98% drop) Daily View Pattern: - Oct 1-29: 200-1300 daily views (normal) - Oct 30: Sudden drop to 778 views - Nov 1-10: Severely restricted to 1-30 daily views Subscriber Growth: - October: +52 new subscribers - November: Zero new subscribers Key Indicators: 1. 98%+ view collapse with maintained subscriber count 2. Sudden drop date (Oct 30) - not gradual decline The only thing I did, is stop posting for a week. Help! What do I do now?

Hello! I have recently revisited my second YouTube Channel Guitar With Me where I teach beginners the basics of guitar. I started the channel about a year ago and over the summer I had a little break to concentrate on my cooking channel Glutenfreecookingwithdad. The guitar channel was stagnant at 22 subs for quite sometime with around 84 videos in total. Last week I decided to change my logo and recording style and have release a new short and 3 videos. The first one has over 300 new views and generated a further 11 subs which I am pleased with. Could I please get some feedback as my current feeling is to release videos that are not quite shorts and full length vid but maybe around the 3 minute mark teaching beginners the basics of the guitar so it sparks interest, gains momentum, trust and motivates people to want to start to play the instrument. I was then going to create more videos and put these into different playlists (maybe around 6 videos in each) so they can be viewed as a series for people. hey everyone, I'm in the YouTube studio editor in the audio section of a short. I had to "replace" the audio but instead YT is playing the original and the new track at the same time. Which sounds like this https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Ewg20S_mNe0 (AHHH!!) watched YT videos but they're 2-7 year old and the options are not there any more, can anyone help?
