I am new to flex Theory and excited to be here.
I found flex theory some years ago and told my self I would mentally plan to eventually be apart of this program better late than never. My goal is to obtain longevity in the arts at an older age I have 30 years experience and want to stay active and at a high level of ability. My challenges are inflammation, and striving to completely recover from a hit and run car accident a few years ago that has changed my life. I will miss out on a tournament this weekend after a pulling a muscle last week. I am way to talented to give up so I'm looking to flex theory as an additional regimen along with my Yoga training. I am excited to be here and ready to start healing at my own pace

I just did good guys build backs and I gotta say I was impressed. I'm recognizing the yoga postures and learning even more about them than I thought I knew Wow. The spinal twist is something I'm familiar with and that exercise was totally new to me and released a blockage in my back now I can feel the energy freely moving through my back. The pose for the roundhouse or saber kick was a very helpful bonus and will be my new go to exercise. Welp my midnight training is over time to rest Peace everybody!
