How do I set up an email list for a client, I'm planning to use mailchimp free version. Do I make the acc on my gmail or ask for his gmail etc... what should i know?

Do i need an agreement to sign a client? If yes which one and how to go about it? I plan on settling 25% rev share + 1k/month

Just got off a call with a prospect who I closed. I will work for an agency and we agreed that I will be writing emails. I’ll get paid on a commission so now’s the question. How do I write the formal cold emails? Since I was practicing writing the emails in a more informal way for an email list or a newsletter. How would the email look like? If anyone has worked with clients similarly would you mind sharing? Thanks.
