How's the weather today... inner and outer?
Beautiful day today here in Scotland. The sun is shining and nature is in full bloom. The inner weather is good too. Feeling content and grateful to be alive. You?

Outer weather is fantastic here in Ireland too! As for inner weather, I’ll include physical sensations here… I’m emotionally well and relieved after an inner storm has passed, and I’m feeling very accepting and forgiving of myself. But I have a headache (accepting this as out of my control), so I’m admiring the sunshine from the open window. 😊

Does this resonate? Would you agree that "inner narrative is everything?" I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

Sorry I couldn’t make this one! I found the talk very helpful, especially when the discussion turned towards the fact our minds are always trying to keep our bodies safe — my own patterns make a lot more sense!
I've been wondering...
I’ll be honest — I’ve been wondering about the future of this free group. Not because I don’t care, but because I'm not sure if the group is actually helping anyone. So I'm curious: What would make the group valuable enough for you to keep coming back? More discussions? Q&As? Live calls? Short videos? Support around overthinking? Something else? Let me know. I’d genuinely love to hear from you.

Live calls and more group discussions would be most valuable, IMO!
What's your mind up to today?
On a scale of 1–10, how busy is your mind today?(10 = all over the place 😵‍💫) And, on a scale of 1–10, how much is it disturbing your peace? What if you could have a noisy mind... and still be at peace?

My mind is at an 8 today, and it’s disturbing my peace at a level 5. When I meditate, whether formally or in everyday life, it usually only disturbs my peace at a level 2.
The intentional pause
This is a very simple but powerful practice which can stop the flow of thinking in any moment. You can try it right now. Stop whatever you are doing, just for a moment. Take a slow, deep conscious breath and pause to take in the moment. Notice what's happening in and around you right now. The physical sensation of the breath as it flows in and out of the body. The cool air touching your skin. Any sounds around you. Your feet on the ground. Just be attentive for a few moments to NOW and whatever it contains. What happens to the mind when you do this? Comments below.

My mind was blasting through a speaker before trying this, but once I did for at least ten seconds the speaker got further and further away 😊
