Like I mentioned before, part of what changed everything for me was getting access to real motivated sellers and quality leads not the saturated stuff out there. I’ve been working with a very solid and reliable source that’s been helping me find motivated sellers and also guiding me on how to actually approach them the right way. I’m not reaching out to: - Voicemail numbers - Unmotivated sellers - Agents pretending to be sellers - Wrong or dead numbers I also don’t deal with: - Sellers saying “I’m not interested” all the time - People just testing the market with no real intention to sell - Sellers already flooded with 10+ wholesalers calling them These are actual motivated sellers, people who are ready to have real conversations and do business. That alone changed everything for me. It’s not just about getting leads… they also helped me understand what to say, how to say it, and how to avoid mistakes. They even provided personalized scripts, not those overused ones everyone is calling with. And trust me, sellers can tell the difference. On top of that, they also provide cash buyers who are ready to invest and close deals. So I’m not dealing with: - Buyers who disappear when it’s time to close - No proof of funds - Lowballers wasting time - Buyers changing criteria every minute Instead, I’m connecting with serious buyers, understanding exactly what they’re looking for, and matching them with the right motivated sellers. That’s how deals actually start making sense and closing. Honestly, I place them very high because this is exactly what helped me start closing deals consistently. I also spoke with them about helping a few people from this community, because I truly believe it’s better we win together than try to win alone. But at the same time, I don’t want to just send random people their way and affect their reputation. They’ve built something solid, and I respect that.

Today was a great day I just closed 2 deals and wanted to share the win with this amazing community! 🙏 Seeing those wires hit never gets old. Deals like this remind me why consistency, patience, and staying in the game really matter. Some days are slow, some days feel like nothing is working, but if you keep putting in the reps the results eventually come. What makes me even more excited is that this month isn’t over yet. I still have a few motivated sellers that we’re very close to locking up, so I’m pushing hard to close even more before the month ends. 💪 For anyone who hasn’t gotten their first deal yet or feels stuck keep going.
