Hi. I’m starting the 3 day cleanse tomorrow. I can’t seem to find the pamphlet that had the instructions on it. Where might I find it online?

Diabetes and Juice: The Smart Way 🩸🧃
Hey juice fam! If you have diabetes or insulin resistance, juice can still fit, but it comes down to timing, portion size, and ingredients. Fruit contains natural sugar, and juice digests faster than whole fruit because it has less fiber so you’ll naturally receive a spike in sugar since you’re putting it into your bloodstream fast. This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad thing. There’s tons of benefits that are coming with that spike not to mention it’s a spike the body can handle much better than a processed sweets type of spike. Pro tip: For juices that are higher on the sugar side (fruit based juices) sip them slow instead of chugging. The juices are only 8oz and on average only contain 12g of sugar so not that bad to start but if you sip them slow you really have nothing to worry about. You more than likely won’t even see a spike. With your veggie based juices, these sit as low as 7g per sugar a bottle for our Greenhouse & Beauty Juices.

Questions about exercise during 3 day juice fast
I heard that extended or strenuous exercise should not be done while fasting. Is that true?

I agree with Khalila! Sometimes my body detoxes hard sometimes I have tons of energy. Usually depends on what I've been doing leading up to the cleanse which is why we want to ease our way in by doing plant based the day before preferably raw if possible (check guide and schedule for instructions) Even if/when you do your workout on the cleanse, just continue to monitor your body throughout 💪😎🧃

@Cyreka Jacobs Hey! I'm sorry just saw this but I would stick to just raw fruits when you break and then continue with raw fruits and veggies for day 1. NO PROCESSED FOODS ON DAY 1! Even yogurt can complicate the digestive track because there's been nothing but Raw Juices in there and the smallest amount of non natural ingredients can have you feeling a bit groggy and cloudy! I like to do foods that are super juicy all day long on day 1. I've found that this is the best way to reintroduce solids so I'm normally doing a mono fruit meal 1st (just 1 fruit until I'm full) 2nd meal is a fruit salad with mixed fruits and maybe some lemon or lime squeezed over top. Lastly for dinner I would do a salad with a plant based dairy free dressing that's very light. After day 1 you should be in the clear to start eating regularly again. Hope today has been better!
