Ever tried giving a FREE lifetime membership at Level 8?
... in your paid community I have this in place in our Aligned AF Community Our engagement is at 75% and our daily activities range from 300-500 (not bad for 275 members). My goal is to get the community to 85% engagement before summer and increase our ranking on discovery for the money category (not an easy job). 📈 Higher Discovery Ranking = Higher Organic Traffic from Skool But instead of tiring our new members to post and comment, or build another "widget" to unlock, I'm giving away a lifetime FREE membership for my Level 8 members. Right now... - 4% of members are at Level 6 - 18% of members are at Level 5 - 15% of members are at Level 4 I texted all of those members yesterday to remind them...and already everyone is commenting more!! I know some of you are thinking I must be crazy to walk away from that MRR in my business. But here's my method to the madness >>> far better to have those engaged legacy members retained and contributing, then to pay out more money in Meta Ad costs. What are your thoughts? Are you doing this already? Will you try it?

I didn’t realise you did that, definitely an incentive to engage more

@Paula Dunn this is brilliant, especially that you know that
Weekly themes and/or recurring rituals to drive engagement?
Do you have weekly themes and/or recurring rituals to drive engagement in your Skool community? If you’ve tried them, could you share to our community: 1. Your top 1–3 rituals that consistently get comments 2. How often you run them 3. One thing you’d never do again One of your bright or bad ideas might spark and idea in one of us.

@Chrishonda Brown If you change them every month that should keep the newness but if you have the same theme on a Monday for 6 months, the interest will naturally wane

@Chrishonda Brown I would say it is even more important in Skool. In Facebook, it might be different people that see posts. Here it is likely to be seen by the active members every week
Sponsor Spots Open — The 5-Minute Somatic Grounding Summit
1,600+ members already. Expected audience of 2,000+ by launch day. And a handful of sponsor spots left. The 5-Minute Somatic Grounding Summit launches March 23rd inside The Somatic Reset Lab — one of the most active communities on Skool. This isn't a platform where people passively watch and disappear. Members here show up, engage, and build real relationships. And that's exactly why this is different from a traditional summit. In a traditional summit, you present to a screen. People watch your recording, maybe. They move on. You never speak to them. You get a list of email addresses and hope for the best. Here? You're IN the community. You can comment, start conversations, answer questions, and connect with the people who resonate with your work. The summit is gamified — there's a leaderboard, daily challenge threads, and real momentum that keeps people coming back every single day. Sponsors and speakers don't just get visibility. They get relationships. Future clients. Genuine connection with people who are already actively investing in their wellbeing. That's not something a Zoom webinar replay will ever give you. Here's what's available: 🌿 Platinum — $250 The full experience. Your own classroom area inside the group. Top listing across all promotions. Premium placement in the All Access Pass bundle. A dedicated email about YOUR offer sent to the full audience after the summit. AND the right to host a live 60-minute workshop inside the community — putting you face to face with an engaged, ready audience. ✨ Gold — $150 Priority listing above standard speakers. Featured in the summit promo email. Your own dedicated post-summit email to the audience. 🤍 Silver — $60 Upgraded listing. Mentioned in the main promo email and post-summit sponsor email. Every tier includes a 40% affiliate commission on all sales you refer — so your sponsorship can pay for itself through promotion alone. You don't need to present a summit session, though you're welcome to. If your work is rooted in helping people feel calmer, steadier, and more connected in their bodies — your audience is already here, already engaged, and growing every day.

@Ann-Marie Burtell The area in the classroom is just during the summit to help promote you and your live event. My community is highly engaged and so there is a lot of exposure during that time
