HOME WONT PASS INSPECTION
Evening! If a seller is stating their home won’t pass inspection. Reason for sell price being low. Would this be a bad deal to pursue? Is it all the same to the potential buyer ?

JV Process
Question Everyone, how would the JV process look like? Is there an agreement that has to be signed by both parties before finding any potential buyers ? Scenario Example: Person A is currently in an assignment but could not find a buyer Person B offers to JV and find a potential buyer/has one. What would the next steps look like ?

That all makes sense, in this current agreement I am looking at. It does not talk about percentages in profits. Just says “profits will be agreed upon in a separate agreement”
