Go Nick. You have built the foundation and most importantly The Messaging. I want to share an idea. You may have heard of it - Inversion Thinking. For example, Elon Musk is an Inversion Thinker. Rather than thinking "I want to build rockets that go to Mars" Elon would think "what will cause my rockets to blow up on the way to Mars". You have built the foundation for success. Elon would say, "Nick, let's look at the reasons why your business will fail". Your first reaction as an optimist might be, "that's negative thinking. I'm focused on success, not failure". Inversion Thinking is the contrary. It's not negative thinking, it's positive thinking. The beauty of Ai, is you can use Ai to help your success planning. But it can identify why your plan might fail. Once you know the failure side, you can flush out the flaws in your plan. Every time you have an idea. Go to ChatGPT and tell Chat, "using Inversion Thinking, why will this idea fail". Then you'll know not what to do and also, what you need to be successful.
