hey everyone, my name is sage I’m a new member to the community , and I’m looking forward to learning and grinding to make 25-50k a month wholesaling land/andor homes … I first found out about whole salting land and been working on trying to get my first deal on that but it’s so hard to get buyers that’s is still buying alot of people told me to get back to them 6 + months and a lot of people would seem like they want me to send addresses and it just seemed like they were going to just leave me out the picture and go and buy the property on there own 🤦🏾‍♂️ and then I ran into alot of sellers backing out and not going through with the sale once I get to the point of sending the contract to them they deff weren’t motivated enough to sell I’m learning and I’m willing to put the work in to grow 15 more likes and I’m level 3 can you guys help me out 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

If you guys don't know my story, when I first started wholesaling I had a ton of things holding me back. Not enough money for marketing, having to figure out how to work from home with my kid at home (covid, no school), how to keep up with my bills, rent car note food etc... and I was just laid off my job. In this video, I go over how I went from that state of mind to closing 6 deals in 60 days. Was it easy? Hell no. Can I replicate it today? Of course. Thats the thing about a skill. Nobody can take that from you. I could be down to my last $200 and make this business work again. That is the beauty of this business. It's very low barrier and low cost of entry. Your cost is your time and effort. Does that allow a lot of bad actos in? Yes. But do let that affect our integrity or how we do business? Of course not. I go over my first deal, how I felt, and the emotions that led me to closing that almost $15k deal and 5 more in the same month. I hope this inspires you to take massive action today !!
