What do you guys see that this athlete needs to work on? Bonus points if you write out a plan as to how you would improve it as well!

Hard to tell but maybe a little bit quad dominant? Looks like his back goes up on the toe instead of peeling off the mound so maybe he isn't really using the ground as well as he could? It looks like he moves pretty well, waiting to hear some feedback on this one.

UPDATE
Due to hurricane Milton tracking right into Sarasota, I will be postponing tomorrow’s group call as I have to prepare for the storm with my family. Looking forward to getting back on track next week!
