@Soumia Boudouaya that would be great, I could definintely use your tips 😊 yeah consistent practice and exposure therapy have helped in the past. I need the reps but some acute help to calm the nerves would be useful.

@Soumia Boudouaya thank you, this tips are good. What helped me in uni was also thinking this is "an opportunity for me to learn", and "I'm uncomfortable but safe". Also telling the audience I was nervous helped and usually the worst passed after a minute or so, after which I was more relaxed.

@Soumia Boudouaya thank you for the warm welcome 😊 in my experience there's definitely a link between movement and focus and clarity, in addition to the other benefits with physical and mental health. Do you also find movement helps you concentrate and perform better?

@Soumia Boudouaya yes yes yes 🤩 walking is one of the easiets and most practical ways to improve your health and performance. I always encourage people to walk more 🙌
