Hi Uncle Knolly ;), with the change in commissions, is your three commission option a good choice now? When I speak to the seller I let the know the FEE for service is X% or 3% or 2/5% and that includes all the expenses for the professional promotion and marketing of their home as well as the professional staging, professional photographs, etc. an also handling all the details from listing your home to the negotiation of the HI etc. and dealing with everyone to get you to the settlement table, so what we need to do now is discuss what commission if any you chose to offer the buyers agent, and you have choices, you can offer ZERO, you can offer X or you can offer XX, what would you like to offer? I let them select the commission but my fee is not negotiable. So I guess would you be changing your commission structure and also in your book it shows the 6 dollar bills and how that's divided. What are your thoughts on this and thank you. Ed
