Playbook - n8n Maker
We just completed a really large n8n that creates a playbooks for AI Startups to use in raising funds or to use for proposals on large projects. Sent the first playbook on Friday and started a new client based on this in a meeting this morning. https://dub.sh/ujetx The n8n produces a micro 3 page website with a video, deck, infographic, deep research paper, audio intro and executive summary. The client was ecstatic over the presentation given that we started with just his 15 slide basic deck. Hopefully we will get the whole process down to 60-90 minutes with additional automation. We will do a video on the really special parts of the workflow.

Owning Your AI Through Fine Tuning & Light RAG Combos
We just posted a video and deep folio report on creating defensible AI Moats with affordable LLM fine tuning and Light RAG strategies. Explainer Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GUjEst_oBts Deep Dive on Escher AI: https://escher-ai.com/deepfolios/deepfolio-0029/briefing.html Y Combinator and top investors are increasingly skeptical of AI startups that simply orchestrate prompts or make API calls on top of frontier models. Margins are collapsing—and a major shakeout is coming by 2026. Most “AI startups” today are just renting intelligence. They sit on top of frontier models, call APIs, and hope branding is enough. The result? ❌ Margins collapsing into the 10–20% range ❌ No defensible moat ❌ Total dependency on model providers In this video, we break down how serious teams are doing it differently. You’ll learn: • How affordable fine-tuning of open-source models changes the unit economics • Why Light RAG + hybrid retrieval beats naïve RAG stacks • The difference between orchestrating AI and owning AI capabilities • How real AI moats are being built ahead of the 2026 shakeout For several client engagements, we’ve gone deep on fine-tuning strategies and hybrid RAG systems that push margins toward 95%—while increasing control, reliability, and defensibility. This is the difference between: Renting AI ❌ Owning AI infrastructure ✅

Welcome to the AI Guild of Agents
The age of coding is over. And Vibe Coding is transitioning to Vibe Agents. As we spend less time on the technical details and more time on the bigger picture. This isn't another AI community. It's a Guild—with a clear path from Apprentice to Master. The Shift AI now codes better than humans. So the question isn't "Can AI help me code?" The question is: "What's the highest-value thing I can do that AI can't?" The answer: strategic curation, assembly, and coaching. We call this role an Agent Mesh Producer—and this Guild exists to train them. Your Path Apprentice → Learn the fundamentals. Access the knowledge base. Free. Journeyman → Go deeper. Build real systems. Paid membership. Master Agent Architect→ We are developing a Certification path for this level. What's Inside → 300+ curated workflows → 400+ AI app integrations → 40 case studies → The full AI Assessment process Built by 15-year AI veterans with Fortune 100 clients.
