Hi, I’m Edo (55), and yes, My life pretty much revolves around skiing. Even when there’s no snow in sight. Here on my own private account and reasons but; I work full-time in the ski industry with the French brand Ski-Mojo, where I’m i.e. responsible for the Dutch market and support the factory with marketing and communication across the whole brand. I’m officially based in Rotterdam… but let’s be honest, I’m hardly ever there. Most of my time is spent somewhere in the Mountains, Skiing, talking skiing, testing, teaching, demoing. From May to October, I live on the island of Kos where I trade snow for sun, but still spend my days working on the next winter season. Turns out, winter never really stops. I’ve been skiing since I was four, and during my student years I spent six seasons as a ski instructor in Austria. -level these days slightly above Landes 2, That’s where the addiction really kicked in. When I’m not working, I’m usually behind a camera (semi-professionally), in the kitchen experimenting with recipes from my ever-growing cookbook collection, or occasionally binge-watching something I’ll probably forget the next day. I also enjoy sailing because apparently I like balancing on moving surfaces, whether it’s snow or water. I’m curious by nature and interested in pretty much anything related to skiing, winter sports, and life around it. I speak English, German, and French, and I’m working on my Greek slowly but surely.
