Welcome to Rich Roots Inc , I have created my first real live project. Voices That Matter. I created this community because I believe the work I do matters. For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, learning from them, growing alongside them, and witnessing strengths that often go unseen. This journey has taught me that being a DSP is more than a job its a career, it’s a calling built on compassion, patience, advocacy, and heart. My goal is to create a space where DSPs, caregivers, advocates, and families can learn from one another, share experiences, celebrate wins, and support each other through challenges.
