↩️When you feel like you just need a hard reset, 2 back to back days of cardio does it for me.🫁💨 Don't do enough of it. 🥵Who else here struggles with cardio? (Also pro tip:🌰 Nuts are healthy, but they have a surprisingly high amount of calories. So for those trying to lose weight, beware!🥜)
I need to get back in doing that using the exercises bike (which I am using in physical therapy sessions), treadmills, and lastly some marathon "strength" training.
Good morning guys! Just wondering if anyone here has ever practiced or trained in any martial art. If so, how long and what particular style? Also, if you haven’t trained before, is there any particular martial art you’re interested in? Why?
@Daniel Sanchez good point cause in Aikido. There is alot of different belts and ranks. If I want to train in each style of martial arts while training hard and tougher than ever. I have become somebody else I have to be something else ("CWDC Arrow vibe") like The Hungry Wolf himself.
@Omar Negron Since I already know little of basic Aikido besides joint locks and defense I easily forgets these things. For me I'm an basic type that relates more with movements (Punching Strength & Shadow Boxing) and swordplaying (Wood Chopper + Samurai Strength Training). So I'll stick to these ones besides two types remotely gives off Baki Hanma & Kenpachi Zaraki vibes in these exercises 🤘😁🤘
Too much heart strain lifting heavy weights. Going back to my roots of 6 years of body weight training. Going to do this for 3 months and try to get some anime skills back. Kicked things off with: 200 push ups - 100 pull ups And today: 1 hour of different jumping exercises for legs. 😬💪🙌🔥⚡️
I guess for average joe like myself I will do these bodyweight exercises related to my favorite manga and maybe modified on certain other exercises related to these basic ones.
