Can everyone please like this- the 1 by my name makes me feel insecure. My name is Eddie Shaw I live in College Station-work in Bryan 2 kids (Girl 6- Boy 5) Reading all the comments seams like a lot of guys have the white picket fence, with the dog, and perfect family. I'm on the opposite side of that spectrum. Been divorced for several years now. I stay so busy I haven't even realize how bad it is yet. I have my kids one week on- one week off. Weeks with them I don't work so we are doing everything we can around town. Always looking for fun things to do. I also work out a lot-all different times. I don't want to train anyone but if you want to meet at any Tru Fit, I'd be glad to do a workout or we can do the ones I've seen on this website. Looking forward to this website. Hoping to meet like minded people that are actively trying to pursue life the way I am. You want to sign up for a Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, 5k, marathon, anything challenging- I'm down.

Minute 1: DB Bench Press Minute 2: Chest Supported DB Row Minute 3: Seated DB Arnold Press Minute 4: Standing DB High Pull Minute 5: Rest Repeat 3 more times through. *EMOM = Every Minute on the Minute **12-20 Rep range should be the goal when determining weight
