Best week for me.. if not for that week in NOLA, I think I'd be down close to 10 lbs. Also sardines are great.

Had a good week last week but a bleh one losing weight, lost 2 pounds which is good but not what I want! Bringing it back with some meal prep.

I made 12 1/3 lb burgers today... Only I thought they were 1/4 lbs when I was making my plate.With 3 eggs, and 3 slices of bacon, and 100 grams of cheese. Protein Lunch.. Couldn't finish it because the burgers were HUGE! Also, adding greek yogurt and berries to my diet. Sardines 2-3x a week.. I like them!
