Anyone utilizing SMART goals?
When you are in the strategy phase of the Man OS, what strategies do you use for goal setting? I recently learned about SMART goals and it make a lot of sense to me. - S – Specific - Clear and well-defined. You know exactly what you’re aiming for. - - M – Measurable - You can track it with numbers or clear criteria. Progress is visible. - - A – Achievable - (sometimes Attainable)Realistic given your resources, time, and current capacity. - - R – Relevant - It actually matters to your life, values, or bigger vision. - - T – Time-bound - There’s a deadline or timeframe that creates focus and momentum.
